Sensuous Steel Art Deco Automobiles

Cars on display at the Frist Museum in Nashville. All from the 20's to the 40's.
1936 Delahaye 135 Figoni & Falascht Competition Coupe
 1937 Delahaye 135MS Roadster
Jordan Speedway Ace (These guy's knew how to name cars)
 1930 Cord L-29 Cabriolet
1934 Ford Model 40 Special Speedster
Edsel Ford had this one off built by the aviation group at Ford
and he drove it to work when the weather was good.
The family still owns it.
 1940 Indian Chief
1930 Henderson JK Streamliner. Take that Orange County.

 1930 Talbot-Lago T-150C-SS Teardrop Coupe
My favorite thats why there are two pictures.

1934 Voisin Type C27 Aerosport Coupe
1934 Packard Twelve Model 1106 Sport Coupe
 1938 Hispano-Suiza H6 Dubonnet "Xenia" Coupe
This is a huge car compared to the rest especially since it was a two seater.
 1933 Pierce-Arrow Silver Arrow Sedan
1936 Stout Scarab. Yes it is.
 1938 Tatra T97
1935 Chrysler Imperial Model C-2 Airflow Coupe
 1936 Cord 810 Beverly Sedan
1937 Bugatti Type 57-C Cabriolet by Vanvooren
 1941 Chrysler Thunderbolt
Delage
This was the last car in the collection and I forgot to get the info for it.
I will be posting more pictures  of the cars and details in the coming days.
